Injection lipolysis offers a new, safe and non invasive treatment for fat deposits all over the body. It can be used to address problem localized fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise. It is especially attractive to patients who are reluctant to have liposuction.
In planning for tummy tuck surgery, smokers should plan to quit four weeks prior to surgery and not resume for four weeks after surgery. It is important to avoid exposure to the sun before your surgery, especially to your abdomen. Also, do not go on a stringent diet prior to surgery, as both these factors may inhibit your ability to heal.
After having had an abdomioplasty, you may expect to go back to work within two weeks, depending on the level of activity required for your job. During the first three to six months your incision will be pink and raised. It may take up to one year before your scars flatten and fade.

A facelift is designed to correct aging features, restoring a more youthful, rested appearance with uplifted contours and improved tone in facial skin and underlying muscle.
Typical incisions begin within the hairline, above the temple and continue along the ear, ending behind the ear. This allows access to tighten underlying tissue, remove excess fat and reduce sagging skin.
Is facelift surgery right for you?
Despite good health and a reasonable level of exercise, some people may still have a body with disproportionate contours due to localized fat deposits. These areas may be due to family traits rather than a lack of weight control or fitness.
Liposuction slims and reshapes specific areas of the body by removing excess fat deposits, improving your body contours and proportion, and ultimately enhancing your self-image.
Dr. Niessen also offers Lipodissolve.
Are either of these procedures right for you?

After your breast lift surgery, you will wear a surgical bra or an elastic bandage over the gauze dressing. You will experience bruising on your breasts, discomfort and swelling for a day or two. Dr. Niessen will prescribe medication for the pain. Within ten days of your breast lift, your surgical bandage will be removed and replaced by a soft support bra.

After your abdominoplasty surgery, you will have drains in place to drain fluid from the surgical site. The drains will be removed when drainage has slowed or stopped. For the first one to two weeks, your abdomen will likely be swollen. Discomfort will be controlled by medication. You will have a gauze dressing on your abdomen, covered by an abdominal compression garment. Patients typically wear this for 6 weeks. Sutures are removed at approximately ten days.
